Ballymun Small Grants Fund 2010
Ballymun Small Grants Fund 2010 is now accepting applications for grants from Ballymun Community and Voluntary Organisations.
With funding from Ballymun Local Drugs Task Force and the Young Peoples Facilities and Services Fund, Ballymun Youth Development Group (comprising of BRYR, Dublin City Council, Ballymun Local Drugs Task Force and the City of Dublin Youth Service Board) is now inviting applications for the Ballymun Small Grants Fund 2010 from community and voluntary organisations working with young people in Ballymun.
The aim of the Small Grants Fund is to make resources available to community or voluntary organizations (including sports groups) that enable them to divert 10-21 year olds from the dangers of substance misuse.
Grants can be used for basic programme/activity costs, tuition fees, equipment, overhead costs and minor refurbishment. Please note that school curricular activities will not be taken into consideration.
The maximum grant available for any one group is €2,500.
Since 2000, the Ballymun Small Grants Fund has supported over 110 local groups.
The deadline for applications is Fri 26th November 2010 at 5pm
