"Empowering U to lead Uth" training course will taking place in Switzerland from the 9th–17th April 2011.
This course aims to develop the potential of participants to become aware of their leadership capacity, and to empower them to be effective leaders when working with young people in a non-formal environment.
We welcome youth workers and youth leaders aged 18+ from Youth in Action Programme countries to apply online before 1st March 2011. Priority will be given to applicants who are newcomers in the youth sector or have minimal experience as youth workers and/or youth leaders.
