Training, Development & Volunteer Support
This work programme aims to increase both the quantity and quality of resources allocated to youth work for young Ballymunners. Our Training & Development Officer (Laurence) and Volunteer Support Worker (Michelle) are central to this work.
We train individuals in our FETAC accredited training facility in The Reco.
We offer organisational development support to local groups and we provide funding support through directly administering two funds and assisting groups in their fund-raising efforts.
We offer direct support to volunteers (including student/trainee placements) to either work with BRYR or with other youth organisations in the area.
