Organisational Development

BRYR supports local organisations to develop their organisational structures, policies and programmes. This can be done by direct advice on specific tasks such as the creation of Health & Safety Policies, Child Protection Policies and Procedures, and the development of youth club programmes.

BRYR has developed a set of youth work guidelines and policy documents. We are happy to make these available to relevant organisations and to assist in their modification to suit. Most are downloadable from this web site by clicking on the above link. If you wish to edit these documents for your organisation's use please make a request in writing to the Programme Manager.
