Review Meetings

Review meetings will happen with the VSW, YW and volunteer at the end of each term where possible.

The purpose of the reviews is to check in on the volunteer’s progress, assess training needs, and troubleshoot any difficulties. Although these reviews occur at the end of each term, if the VSW, YW or volunteer identify the need to have a meeting mid-term, this will be arranged.

A list of topics to be addressed will be made available to the volunteer before the meeting and completed during the review. Any notes or changes to the volunteer agreement or job description should be read and signed. The volunteer and YW should then be provided with copies of the amended document.
