Street education is a powerful tool. By selecting topics of interest to young people and delivering in a style that appeals we can get important messages across and encourage often isolated young people to get relevant information and connect to important resources. Over time the young people see our workers as sources of information and advice and seek us out in increasing numbers.
Street education is organised around topics and each runs for 2 weeks at a time. Topics include: Alcohol/Drugs, STI’s, Know Your Rights, and "The Law and Young People".
